Our culinary journey began not with elaborate chef recipes, but from our earliest days standing at the stove, waking at dawn to visit local coffee farms across the mountain plateau. We learned to listen to the seasons of Dalat to craft flavors that are honest, comforting, and deeply satisfying.

The coffee you sip on our wooden veranda is brewed from hand-picked ripe cherries harvested with care from local farms. Through traditional natural drying and artisanal roasting that preserves the bean's authentic character, our morning coffee is rich, aromatic, and warms your hands amidst the crisp mountain chill.
